I've had fat freezing done previously but was never fully explained what it is, how it work, aftercare ect. They made sure I knew everything that was happening, explained how everything would feel, what to expect, how the procedure works. She was able to answer all questions & provided an aftercare bag to ensure I got the most out of my appointment. The salon is so clean, modern & beautiful making you feel comfortable & ensure it's hygienic! I look forward to trying out the sauna & cold plunge
